Webtraffic was founded in 2005. In only three years the company has become one of the largest online advertising networks in Sweden. In the summer of 2007 the company was acquired by the Norwegian media group, Schibsted. During the autumn of 2008 Webtraffic has extended the business to a new market – Norway.
